We offer two sizes of fuel catalyst:
a) Smaller 17.5mm IT100 catalysts (above left) and b) Larger 24mm IT200 catalysts (above right).
Both work in the same way and offer the same benefits.
The larger IT200 catalysts are recommended for most applications because fewer of them are needed andthey cost little more per unit than the smaller IT100s.
However the smaller IT100 catalysts are recommended mainly for cars where it has been established there are no obstructions to fitting between the fuel filler aperture and the fuel tank. The reason for this is that in such cases the IT100s are small enough to travel from the fuel filler aperture to the tank without becoming obstructed, thereby making fitting a DIY job for many, although please always read the fitting instructions supplied before fitting.
By contrast the larger IT200 catalysts are too large to fit via the fuel filler apertures of many modern cars that have narrow filler tubes, although they can normally easily be fitted via fuel filler apertures of most motorcycles, trucks, garden machinery, and a long list of others. And they can easily be fitted in modern cars via the fuel pump housing for example.
How many fuel catalysts do you need?
This can be calculated according fuel tank size, although calculating according to engine size gives very reliable results:

These prices include VAT but are exclusive delivery cost of £7 per order for the UK mainland (24 hour tracked Royal Mail), or shipping costs for overseas.
